Webinar: International Reference Pricing –
A Failed Strategy for Patients and Innovation?

October 23rd, 13.00-14.00 EST

About the webinar

This webinar will present original research by Vital Transformation that will be peer review published in Therapeutic Innovation and Regulatory Science, showing the devastating impact on R&D, Investments, and patients that will be caused by reference pricing in the United States.

Last October, the Trump administration launched the “International Pricing Index” (IPI) payment model to reduce reimbursement levels for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). While this proposal was initially only targeting Medicare Part B, recent proposals from the US Congress and Senate are expanding reference pricing to Medicare Part D and perhaps even the commercial market.

Vital Transformation will be joined by several of our partners to discuss the implications of this research, as well as the database that was used to develop the analysis. We will also take questions from the audience.
